Prescott Place - Palm Springs

Prescott Place is one of my favorite new buildings in Palm Springs.  I like the scale all around, that it doesn't hover over its surroundings...and its closeness to the sidewalk. I also like that it's a mixed-use development.  I think more (future) development in Palm Springs should look to this project as an example.
